Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products appearing on our website are correct at the time of relevant information was entered into the system. Although we aim to keep our website as up to date as possible, the information may not always reflect the product information exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted by us. Prices on this website may differ from prices for the same product in our stores.
When we show an original price or "was" price compared to a sale price, the original price used is the price that the product originally sold for.

When you place an order to purchase a product, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us and complete when we send email confirmation to you that we've received your order and the order has been accepted.
Prices on our website may differ from pricing on other channels in which we sell. In addition to this, sales and promotions that appear on one channel may not be available on this channel. The duration of such sales and promotions may also be different between various sales channels.
Prices are displayed with VAT included if you are located in the UK & Europe and are payable in British Pounds.
Pre Orders - Whilst we will always try to present items on Pre Order for the best price possible, if suppliers increase Cost & RRPs we may proportionally increase our selling price. In these circumstances we will contact you beforehand to ask if you would like to keep your order open.
We reserve the right to cancel the order if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered
- We cannot obtain payment
- We have identified an error or the description that has been identified
- You are not from the UK or your area or country
We will email you of a cancellation via E-mail or Telephone call and you will receive a refund the method of payment within 7 working days.
We will match prices on products if the following conditions are met:
- The competitor must be based in the UK & VAT registered
- The price comparison must include VAT and delivery costs to the Mainland UK postcodes with at least a Tracked 48 option
- The competitor must stock the product in stock
- A Price match cannot be used in conjunction with any Jadlam Toys & Models seasonal promotions or clearance offers
- A Price Match must be claimed within 24 hours of being accepted by our customer services team
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item purchased online within seven working days of the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
For more information on your right to withdraw from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, you may wish to visit the government website.
When ordering goods online for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, the buyer.
